Why you should join us.

Last year, hundreds of young adults from 23 states gathered for an unprecedented faith enriching vacation. We had so much fun, we thought we’d do it again, and we’d love it if you’d join us! Whether you want to a chance to meet new people, need a faith enriching weekend, or simply could use a vacation, join us this year!

In this life, what’s your end-game? Is it heaven? How are you getting there? Encounter Christ during this weekend, and He’ll help you figure it out.

Community is not just a group of friends. It’s people with the same mission sharing life together. Have you found your community yet?

Travel Advice?

We are excited to welcome many young adults from beyond Houston and even out of state! If you are flying in, both IAH and Hobby are about 25 minutes from the hotel. You can check into the hotel as early as 3 pm, but the party won’t start until 6 pm. We will be providing shuttles from both IAH and Hobby on Friday and back on Sunday, but you must request a ride by emailing as soon as you have your flight information.

Do I have to stay at the resort?

Nope! We will have Saturday commuter passes available for $99 ($89 if you register by June 30). You will only have access to the Saturday conference sessions. You will not have access to the Friday Night Family Festival and you will be unable to use resort amenities such as the rooftop lazy river due to hotel policy.

What does quad, double, single mean?

When you register under quad occupancy, you will share a room with three other people who also registered under quad. You have the option to select your roommates or to be matched with roommates of the same gender. Same for double, except two will be sharing a room, not four. If you would like your own room, select single occupancy. Family registration includes 1 room and 2 conference registrations for a husband and wife. More information regarding rooms will be provided when registering.

Can I bring my family? (How many does a family room hold?)

Yes! Just because you may have 3 kids ages 5 and under doesn’t make you any less of a young adult, and it shouldn’t prevent you from a faith enriching weekend. Childcare (3 months-17 yrs of age will be available for an extra fee ($50 for 1 kid, $75 for 2, $100 for 3 or more). Kids ages 7-17 will be hanging with camp counselors from the Pines Catholic Summer Camp. 3 months-6 years old information coming soon. Childcare will be available during Saturday sessions only. You must pick up children during meal times. Feel free to bring your own personal babysitter and/or add on an extra adjoining room to fit your larger family (hotel room occupancy is 5 persons max). Email for more information.

Is there a discount for clergy/religious?

You bet! For all priests, deacons, seminarians, religious brothers and sisters, we would like to offer you free Saturday Commuter Pass. If you would like to stay overnight, the room rate is $320 for 2 nights in a single room, $160 for 2 nights in a double occupancy room, and $80 for 2 nights in a quad occupancy room. We are unable to offer 1-night stays.

Please contact if you’d be willing to hear confessions, concelebrate the Saturday night vigil mass, be an Extraordinary Minister, or sign up for a time to be in the adoration chapel.

Which meals are included in registration?

The only meal provided with your registration this year is on Friday night at the Family Festival (commuter registration does not include this). The rest of your meals are on your own. With 6 restaurants in the hotel and hundreds accessible downtown, there are plenty of options available! It’s a great opportunity to explore all the deliciousness our city has to offer. Recommendations and maps will be provided via the conference app. You are also more than welcome to bring your own food from home.

Can I volunteer?

If you are interested in volunteering for the whole weekend, you can email Kim Muncy at for more information. Non-participant volunteers do not have to pay a registration fee, but must be available all day Saturday and if possible Friday evening. If you would like to stay overnight, rooms are $160/night. If you are a young adult, we recommend you participate in the conference instead of volunteering. However, there are opportunities throughout the day if you would like to serve as a participant (Eucharistic Minister, set up/tear down, etc.). Please note in your conference registration if you are interested.

I would like to sell merchandise or be an exhibitor.

We are currently shopping for our conference “Mercantile,” which is a single stream shop with various goods and resources that are sold on consignment. If you would like to submit your products, please email

If you would like to be an exhibitor or sponsor, please email for more information.

Do I have to be Catholic or a church-goer?

Nope! All are welcome!

Do I have to come to every session?

You’re an adult. While we would love for you to go to every session, you know what you need more than we do whether it’s an impactful message, prayer time, manicure, or float on the lazy river. This weekend is for you, not us.

Is there a group rate available?

If you are interested in bringing a group, please contact us at
